FATCA Forms

Banking Circle will require you to complete an IRS W-series form confirming the entity’s FATCA classification.

There are a series of W- forms and you will need to establish which is the correct form to provide Banking Circle with. Please refer to the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) website provided below for the appropriate W- forms to be completed:
